Send a fax without the hassle

Most online fax services want you to create an account, choose a subscription plan, enter your credit card for a "free trial" that auto-renews, and then navigate a dashboard built for power users who send faxes every day.

unofax is built for the opposite situation. You need to send a fax. Maybe one, maybe a handful, and you want it done in minutes, not after a registration flow. There is no account to create, no password to remember, no plan to cancel. You upload a document, enter the fax number, pay for exactly what you send, and close the tab. That is the entire experience.

No account, no subscription

unofax does not require registration, and that is by design:

• No sign-up: there is no account creation, no email verification, no username, and no password. You go straight to sending your fax.
• No subscription: you pay per fax, not per month. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to forget about.
• No stored personal data: because there is no account, there is no profile, no saved payment method, and no personal data sitting on a server waiting to be breached. Your uploaded documents are automatically deleted after transmission.

Flat rate, free cover sheet

Pricing is simple and the same for everyone:

• $0.29 AUD per page, any destination: the same flat rate whether you are faxing to Japan, Germany, Spain, Australia, or any of our 45+ supported countries. No per-country surcharges, no peak-hour pricing.
• Free cover sheet: the optional cover sheet is always free and does not count towards your page cost. Add sender details, a subject line, and a message. All at no extra charge.
• No hidden fees: no setup fee, no minimum charge, no retry fee, no scheduling surcharge. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay.
• Automatic refund if delivery fails: if your fax cannot be delivered, your payment is reversed automatically. No forms, no waiting, no support ticket. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

You see exactly what you send

With most fax services, you upload a file and hope for the best. unofax shows you exactly what the recipient will receive before you pay:

• Full page preview: after uploading your document, unofax converts it to fax format and displays every page on screen. You can scroll through the entire fax, including the cover sheet, and verify that formatting, text, and images look correct.
• Fine-mode quality: every fax is sent at 204 × 196 DPI (Fine mode), the highest resolution supported by fax machines. Text is sharp and images are clear. Some services charge extra for this; unofax includes it by default.
• No charge until you confirm: the preview is free. You only pay after reviewing the output and clicking confirm. If something does not look right, go back, fix your document, and re-upload.

Secure payment, human support

Your money and your data are handled with care:

• Payments processed by Square: your card details go directly to Square, a publicly traded payment platform trusted by millions of businesses. unofax never sees, stores, or has access to your card number. Square is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: pay with tokenised methods where your real card number is never shared with the merchant. If your device supports it, this is the most private way to pay.
• Human support team: when you email support@unofax.com, a real person reads your message and writes back. No chatbots, no ticket queues, no auto-responders. We aim to reply within 24 hours, and usually faster during Australian business hours.
• Documents deleted after sending: your uploaded files are permanently removed from our servers after transmission. We do not read, analyse, or retain your content.
